Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had great service with very polite and courteous staff. The rooms were small but super clean. The location was convenient, and the dining experience was very nice. However, there were construction noises on certain days. Good value for money overall.
The hotel provided additional space when we needed it, but the requests made took until late afternoon to be fulfilled. The staff were very concerns about ensuring a pleasant stay, even upgrading my room to a suite without extra charges, although there were one or two issues with mobile usage near the entrance.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spotlessly clean and they even offered complimentary snacks and drinks at reception 24/7, I was disappointed that the walls were thin enough for me to hear conversations from the next room. Additionally, instead of receiving the three rooms I had booked, they offered a two-bedroom apartment.
I found the hotel rooms to be quite spacious and comfortable, providing the extra space we needed. However, the location being on a high hill far from Haram was a bit inconvenient. The service was cooperative and helpful, although there were some issues with overcooked eggs. The location required walking up a busy street without a sidewalk, which was a downside. The dining experience was beyond expectations with tasty food, but there were limited options for a 5-star hotel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean but lacked city views, and the dusty bedsides triggered my sneezes. On the bright side, the bed was large and very comfortable. The service was friendly and amazing, although a bit slow at times. Location-wise, it was quite off and far from the Masjid e Haram but close to the Holy Mosque Extension. The dining experience was good, with a variety of options, but certain items were quickly removed without notice.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet, but the view of the Haram area wasn't as described in the booking. The service, especially from Moustafa Mahmoud and the reception team, was excellent, although there were some issues like requests getting mixed up. The location, although close to Harm, was tiring to walk up the high hill. The dining options had a limited variety and were more expensive than advertised. Overall, a stay with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel was in a great location near the Haram area. The service from the cooperative and friendly staff was excellent. However, the view from the room was not as expected. The dining experience was good, but there were delays with breakfast. Overall, it was a convenient stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while well-lighted, were small and cramped for a triple occupancy. The service, although the staff tried their best and were helpful, seemed to struggle with the demand, resulting in some overcooked eggs. The location was convenient for visiting Masjid alharam but had its drawbacks, including congestion and lack of nearby restaurants or shops. The dining was beyond expectations in terms of variety and taste but came at a slightly higher cost than advertised. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The rooms, although not with the requested view of the mosque, were a bit small yet comfortable. The service, especially from Sister Lujain Hawsawi, was fantastic with friendly and efficient staff. The dining experience, shifted to Iftar during Ramadan, was very good. Overall, a great option for pilgrims seeking a close stay to Haram.
The hotel's location is a bit off and far from Masjid e Haram, making it challenging to call an Uber directly to the hotel. However, the staff, especially Moustafa Mahmoud and sister Lujain Hawsawi, provided excellent service, with helpful gestures like late checkout and being friendly and welcoming. The dining experience offers various choices at slightly higher prices than advertised. Close to Sabtco bus station from Jeddah, the hotel is convenient for travelers with easy access to Ka'aba.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with supportive staff. However, some requests were not fulfilled.
